MY.STORY

As a young girl, it was my mission to document my life. Journaling, oil painting, poetry, scrapbooking, photography, and various other artistic activities became the means through which I accomplished this goal. When noteworthy moments came along, whether happy or sad, I wanted to remember them just the way they happened. I wanted to preserve each detail and each emotion. I wanted to save these moments and have the ability relive each one whenever I wanted to. And perhaps more importantly, I wanted to share all these memories with everyone I knew.

This vision still holds true, but now I not only continue to document my own noteworthy moments, but also the significant moments of those I know and love. Wedding photography is not a passion I spent years trying to find, but rather something that found me.

It was a cold day in November and I was newly engaged to be married. While browsing through a friend's website, I stumbled upon some images that really spoke to me. And I immediately wanted to know more about the artist. Six months later, that same artist captured some of the most important moments of my life. Today, I continue to relive my own wedding day each time I look through the album that sits in my living room for all to see. And so it was through my own quest to find this kind of artist, that I became one myself.

For me, it's not about simply documenting important moments, but about capturing them in an artistic manner. It's about preserving them in a way that causes you to really relive the emotion of those amazing moments. It's about making sure the remnants of your wedding, are just as wonderful and exciting as the day itself. For more information, shoot me an email. I'd love to hear more about the moments that are important to you.
